When I was young I had this dream
I can’t believe how real it seemed
Twas in these woods I lost a friend
It may seem childish, but sometimes
My memories blend
Perhaps out here I’ll see him again
A ghost-like vision caught between
Between here and then

But it’s been so long, the story
is starting to fade from memory
