Enough to Go Around

On the Southern end of Eleventh Street
Was a corner store named "Albright's"
And the neighborhood walked to get their groceries
And they had enough to go around

See, we all went to Albright's
Who were mostly stocked by Sanderson's Farm
But the bigger stores came and we could not compete
So we had to shut the small stores down

They shut us down
And sourced their goods from out of town

The prices they can't be beat
Remember convenience is everything
Just bypass Eleventh Street
Imagine the revenue this will bring
That's how they made it sound
But there's not enough to go around

They never cared and never will
Hindsight is 20/20
When they discover they don't need us
They leave us all with nothing
