Wonderful Day

Another morning sunrise wakes me up
from a pleasant dream
Another new beginning so it seems
 

Sunlight scatters through the branches of a tree
Shadows dancing underneath it just for
you and me
 

Shake the sleepy sandman's dust away
Get out of bed, it's gonna be a wonderful day
 

Shadows creeping to the edges of the lawn
But this day can live forever when we sing our song
 

Another evening sunset brings an end
to a perfect day
The stars are out the moon is on its way
