First Impressions

Do you ever look back at something you did and wish you could rewrite history? Well, I've been thinking that about my first album for a long time now. The thing is, I really like the music. I'm proud of that music. The problem with my debut album lies in misguided lyrical choices and improper recording technique. I've grown leaps and bounds in these two areas and I think it's only fair that the songs on my first album get a fair chance out there on streaming platforms. I don't want a new listener to accidentally stumble upon my first album. That isn't who I am anymore. I don't want to be that guy. So I've started the process of rewriting many of the lyrics and rerecording every vocal track on that album. Some of the songs have new titles, but the base tracks and melodies are identical to what they were in 2012. I apologize to anyone who was disappointed by my first album. I sincerely do. I want to make it up to you. I want another chance at a first impression. So with that, I'm excited to announce my next album: Allen Park Revisited.

In addition to that, I've been hard at work on a massive project. A double album that I've had cooking for TEN years! It's a concept album called DreamState. I'm also starting a new band! More details on that later. Ciao, Bruno
